There have been a few forum-only competitions that have required the winners to post a review as part of the conditions of the competition. So there are a number of http://forums.hexus.net/hexus-reader-reviews/ of competition winners.

As to the main site competitions, these are open to everyone, not just forum members, and there's every chance that the winners have no involvement with the forums at all. As kalniel has already pointed out, the winners of all competitions are published by hexus.
