Email from Hexus says I have won but replies to it bounce

I received an email on Friday from robin glassberg stating that I had won a competition. I replied this address but the email bounced. I tweeted @hexus.net about this on Friday but have so far had no response. This morning I used the feedback form on the website and have just messaged Hexus on Facebook and have retweeted. I am yet to receive any reply to any of my forms of communication I received a second email this morning from robin.glassberg requiring an urgent response or else I will lose my prize. I replied to it but again it bounced.

Does anyone have a phone number or an email adress that they know works?

The email bounce says:A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address failed: "robin . glassberg at hexus . net": domain has no mail exchangers

also today i receive an email from robin glass mountain, when I answer the emails I get immediately this could not be received, could they tell me where I can then log to get my geginn.
