actually if there is a pattern its not that hard to guess where is next winner. all you need to do is get the data set from past winners and put it in a matrix then apply it to linear regression algorithm on machine learning

I've found that if I fashion a cone out of tin foil, hold it against my left elbow pointed at the golf course in Bolton (the Old Links one, not the Municipal one) and concentrate really hard at precisely 21H12 GMT on the evenings before the draws, I have a 100% success rate at non-winning Hexus contests. The accuracy of my approach shots seem to have improved, but that might just be because I don't play as much when it's very windy. Or my new golf spikes.

Still thinking about your pattern, but pretty sure it's just for privacy.
