winners are announced on http://hexus.net/competition_winners/ once DR has had a chance to filter out all the duplicate and invalid entries, contact whoever won, they respond, and DR ships out the prize, then they say they received it, then the name appears.
that takes time. so unless you got an email saying "you won". you didn't win, so be patient and enter the other competitions.
check spam/junk email folders just incase, but if nothings there, you haven't won. :)
