but what does it do ?? tells you if you run ? I know when I run .. I know when I sleep and if I've slept well ...
strange we need gadgets to tell us now ? now if it could tell me if I was to have a heart attack or a stroke or other things like that WOW id be impressed ...
What does it matter now if men believe or no?
What is to come will come. And soon you too will stand aside,
To murmur in pity that my words were true
    (Cassandra, in Agamemnon by Aeschylus)

To see the wizard one must look behind the curtain ....

I know that I don't sleep well. I can wake up tired (not just sleepy but already tired) even after what seemed to be a fairly solid sleep. I suspect some variant of sleep apnea. I'd like to know more details about what happens during my sleep.

I also have a sleep phase disorder, which I do track in my diary, but a sleep monitor would presumably do that more accurately. I record bedtimes and waking times - and you should see the graph. It's sleep, Jim, but not as we know it. ;o) - but this device would be a boon as it could record the actual sleeping times.

I have sleep issues too, if something like this could help identify the extent of my sleep issues then that would certainly be a big step towards fixing the issues.
