So I got notified by email that I won this drawing. I responded immediately and filled out my information. I got an error on submitting but on re-trying the link I was notified that my information had been submitted. I emailed support to check, I responded to my email from David Ross. All within two days. And just today I click the link again to see a notification that I had not responded in 7 days so the winner had been re-drawn.
That's terribly disappointing. And what horrible customer service and support.
