Good survey but was annoyed I had to answer the first question. Thankfully I can say I haven't had a virus etc for at least the last 8 years or any other malware (and that caused no damage) but then I am pretty careful where I source my applications from and I keep browsers etc up to date.
Question 3, I can't even parse properly.
same here, who cares about the internet of things anyway :P
Survey seems to be broken - there's no 'none of the above' type option, yet it demands you select something.

Also, FYI, Virus and malware listed as separate options? A virus is one form of malware, so selecting malware as a concern automatically includes virus. It's also the most common form of malware... now, an option for "other forms of malware", that would work... maybe I'm just being picky...
Job and business sector options were a bit limited
Have to be honest and say to me personally some of those questions didn't really work with the answers provided. The one about mobile phones I was like... seriously doesn't this depend on the os being used because the main three use different approaches.
However I'm pretty sure the reason for the survey is more about 'proving' ARMS hardware protection is a good thing because people want to be protected from all the bad things out there.

I just found it odd to rank virus and malware separately, when a virus is a form of malware (malicious software), and the most common form. Can I be 100% sure that this information is/can only ever be available to me? Important questions that need to be answered for the future of IoT.
Finally, this technology should not be used for "Value Adds". I know what's inside my fridge, Samsung, I do not require meal suggests. I don't want a stupid gimmick like my fridge making topical jokes when I remove things (e.g, takes an egg out of fridge - "WHAT A CRACKING CHOICE!"). If people can take this seriously it could be a great technology, IMO. It could save money, save lives even. Or Smeg could tell you that your celery is at it's best only till the end of the day.
I hate viruses, I have lost all of their data on the hard disk (well at least one).
It wouldn't let me submit but question 10 is a big frustration for me as so many people blame the products/software they use instead of taking responsibility for clicking the ok button. I would say 90% of the issues I deal with are not the failings of any security measures provided to the users but the users installing the problem them selves. here is what I wanted to answer in other:
We need to definitive security standards that all companies work to maintain and exceed but implying that the sole responsibility lies with the industry is like saying Honda is responsible for every civic that gets into an accident. The every day user needs to become more educated on using their own personal products
