    Hello
My version of the McD beef deli sandwich last weekend:
Rubbed some salt, pepper and schwarz italian seasoning on some sirloin steak, left it for half an hour out of the fridge.
    Fried it in butter.
Thickened the sauce with philadelphia cheese, which appears to curdle badly at first, but be more patient than you've ever been with a sauce and it comes together beautifully.
Put the steak in some warmed french parmesan bread and spread over a mix of light mayo, horseradish sauce and chilli powder. Place some mild cheddar on top and then pour the phili steak juice pan sauce on top.
Beautiful! Crikey, I want another one now!
    Cheers
