It would be interesting to see how this figure compares to the average amount of friends a say xfire account had associated to it and the wii accounts, I presume the 360 users would have more friends purely from the fact that you can actually play games with friends on xbox live.
EDIT: Though trying to draw any conclusions from these figures would be like playing darts blind in a snowstorm, as there are allot of other variables to consider, such as the time they have both been released and with the PC you have other means to contact 'friends' such as various instant messaging services.
