NCSoft and ArenaNet has today announced and confirmed that the Guild Wars franchise is set to expand.

so who feels like re-kindling some love for the original? lots of really long-neglected accounts in the hexus guild it seems. me & the missus have started afresh recently, and it's quite refreshing to go back to after all this time (some nice new features & things to keep interest)

hmm.. I'm sort of flitting with the idea of playing GW again.

I've had it installed for a while but with nobody to play with I just kept going on during the early hours when I had nothing else better to do.

I missed out on the last one, I'm not missing this one. I'm planning on getting the second one for sure, in the meantime going to stick with just one MMO, LOTRO.

you can get the GW prophecies campaign for a tenner in Game, 15 quid from Play, or 20 quid direct from the online store. it's still pretty, y'know!

just hit level 20 on guild wars nightfall last night..

I do say, guild wars is a lot more fun than WOW is to me..

definitely getting this one as I still cant have enough of nighfall..

I haven't played GW in aaaaaages, I don't think I was even anywhere near completing the original campaign.

lol that makes two of us, i think i only reached up to lvl 9 and then when i went off on holiday, i came back and never touched GW because of uni. But now that i finished uni i got some spare time to play it but im hooked on my 360 atm

Well for those playing Prophecies, there's a limited amount of play going on - me & the missus are both level 9ish (having started again from scratch)
