I cant see anything that makes it anymore 'ultra' than my standard 650i board, both can do first packet(not techincally a 650 feature, never the less), both do 1333fsb and both use "state of the art" DDR2, not that theres really any choice there.

Another case of XFX putting more effort into their press release than their motherboard?

it's because it uses the 650i Ultra chipset rather than 650i SLI.
& i would put money on it being a reference mobo the same as the eVGA ...

it will either be really good, or a huge flop, like anything with XFX tbh
