Take-Two has finally got the American Attorney, Jack Thompson off their backs,with a settlement that restricts him from blocking future sales or distribution of the company's games.

Shame they didn't let him spend some time in jail, even if it did cost them a fine or two...

Theres no such thing as bad press so Jack whining constantly sticks their game on front pages, just that now he cant interfere in any real sense; like doing his old filing a lawsuit and withdrawing it at the last minute BS.
