2.30v MINIMUM? I hope they last more then a few weeks

I just wonder how many boards won't be able to boot with them due to too low voltage and/or incorrectly reading/setting SPD values??

Otherwise, sounds promising for the uber-overclockers.

the 3-4-4-8 stuff? I got some myself after my mate got some a week early that did WELL over ddr2- 1000 lol

mine does 3-3-3-8 up to nearly 1000mhz on just over stock volts........
(4-4-4-12 is fine at stock volts and its only pc5300 stuff)

    Nope..the 3-3-3 stuff....

Didnt know you were on here good to see ya.

MHz, timings and chipset latenices are a 3-way minefield. I cant hit the same raw clocks without adding the juice, but my chipset strap is probably pretty tight.

obvious example: 405FSB looks more impressive than 385FSB on the P5B, but it performs worse, its capable of neutralising the extra speed on the CPU. You know what i`m getting at

Anyway...once your in the zone, C2D doesnt really care what the RAM does until you try Spi 32M. AM2 cares, but we dont care about AM2

A highly anticipated wait by gamers eh?

Hmmm, I found cas3 to be marginally slower than cas4 on the 680i and P5B, and cas4 won again in 3dmark06 by a whisker.

Maybe its different on other boards? I dunno.
