Looks like a first step in the right direction.
I just wish they'd hurry up and ditch the analogue signals. As you said in the review DVB-T is a pain at times.
Seems a shame that this doesn't have the lovely bog screen of the N95.
Am I the only one that thinks DVB-H is a waste of time? The Archos AV700 has been able to tune to, record and play back full DVB-T transmitions ages now. By the time DVB-H becomes widespread across the country, phone will be powerful enough to handle full resolution MPEG-2.
The only thing that DVB-H has that DVB-T lacks is a loop back to the mobile network for pay TV. I believe you can also have two way interactive sevices. You could be watching QVC, press a button and buy the item, the money is then taken from you mobile account rather than credit card.
IMHO, it's a little pointless
another nokia brick is born.
Still no signs of any slim/small/light average functionality phones like the sony W880
It is Inevitable.....
