Watch the show.Being BOILED ALIVE sounds absolutely gruesome and, for one unlucky CORSAIR VOYAGER MEMORY STICK, it was just that! HEXUS.tv added insult to injury with scorching, lava-like sauce and horrible mastication...
Liked it? Then Digg it!![]()

I kept 6 trusted serving men, they taught me all I knew.
There names were what and where and why and how and when and who.

Made me smile.
I've got a spare somewhere..............lol

I don't imagine it would survive a direct hit from a bullet, a pellet maybe, heh.![]()
Funny, try microwaving it?

I have a microwave, memory stick and cameras
<list complete>
Not sure about lighting one of those things - will take some thinking !
Glad you liked the saucy one...
...have to say that I was REALLY not sure it would survive the boiling water
Heat = softening/expansion of the rubber
Boiling water = steam and condensation (bad for lektrix)
Also, this is an old stick - maybe 12 months - and has taken quite a beating with 'regular use' - so it is not as 'young and tight' as it once was
All in all - so far - it 'does exactly what it says on the tin'

OK...I saw the memory stick go into the mouth...I DIDN'T see from whence it was recovered...
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
Still hobbling slightly - the things we do for love...
Good point !
Nick will be sorting out the specifics (cos he has a long history of shooting things), but if there is a 'less destructive' way of doing it (i.e. suspended from a string) - then we'll do that FIRST
p.s. STILL can't get past the fact that it carried on working after the water. Sauce I can understand cos it was very gloopy - but water = steam = gets in everywhere.
p.p.s. Just to make sure you all know, I washed it (closed - under a tap) after the 'cooking' - towel dried it - then hit it with some 'canned air' - then put it on my window sill for about 20 minutes in the 'long hot English sun' - THEN we put it in and it worked.
p.p.p.s. Some people have asked about exposure time... In the water for about 5 minutes (total) and around 2 minutes in the lava sauce. Complete wash off under the tap each time. Bottom line... IT WAS SOAKED !!!

I have to say these are impressive things, mine is the black and blue one and has survived 4 washes in a washing machine, and 2 tumble dries, however it would appear the tech hungry kitten has stashed it somewhere, and hopefully when we move it will show itself again
Kimbie
They come from the dark and slice your head off
pun's galore in an Andrzej post ... surely not
Mine's survived a good dunking in Stella, been kicked across a dancefloor and also bouncing off the walls when I've thrown it to somebody who always can't catch a cold nevermind a pendrive.
Add to this the numerous washing cycles thats been performed on it it should have been dead ages ago, but scarily it's still functioning.
By accident - I bet
Can't imagine the design team that came up with it, ever had this 'treatment' in mind - can you ?
"We'll put some rubber on the outside, just in case someone sneezes on it", was probably the 'design logic'![]()
D'ya think Corsair will read this and thinkor
?
