HEXUS.gaming head to Paris to take a look at the world's first MMORPG based around the world of sport. They're hoping that this game will be so big that it will make 'real stars' out of gamers.

I really like the sound of this and have to commend them on trying to invent it. It's ambitious but looks like they are approaching it in a sensible way.

Their choice of starting sports does seem a bit odd though (although I don't blame them going for tennis), and it's going to make or break depending on how playable they are. I'm a little surprised they're using mouse and keyboard for them too - what's to stop them switching to a gamepad for tennis, for example.

Hopefully this all comes together and is successful for them. Otherwise someone like EA Sports could try to buy it up and integrate their existing Fifa, Cricket, etc. titles as the sports inside the world.
