How about using a better Flash Video Player

I really enjoy watching the Hexus.TV clips, but having just upgraded from a 17" CRT to a 22" WS LCD, it's horrible to watch the video in it's little window... I'd like to be able to turn it fullscreen and sit back to watch.

Any chance of you upgrading your flash video player to include a fullscreen option? - there's loads of sites out there that have them.

Also... how about making a weekly video talking about the hot news and releases from the past week?

    Hi Andaho,

All in the pipeline, so to speak

We are busiest working on the next-generation HEXUS.tv web site (you know how a site upgrade can be!) and have put 14.5 tons of new ideas into the mix

The video window size is an interesting conversation, because of the genuine requirement for balance between (a) people with little/no bandwidth restriction - for whom the biggest/best streamed download is best and (b) those with a 256k or lower connection - for whom 'getting a stream at all' is the biggest issue

All I can say is that the finest minds within HEXUS are on this right now

a full sized video window doesn't need to be any higher resolution than you currently stream at, just have the option to stretch it out to full screen. Granted there is going to be horrible pixilation etc. but that way i would actually be able to watch something from the other side of the room on my 24" monitor

have a look at http://video.google.com/ they allow 1x, 2x, fit and full screen

Im not really that bothered, i think its fine as it is on my 19".

Although at the insane speeds that your videos buffer at hexus.TV i dont think it would matter making it a little bigger!

I take it that Logan EarthSki boards with Tracker/Gullwing Trucks and Kryptonite Red Radial Wheels are no longer 'leading edge technology' ?
