I fear you may have mis-interpreted my comments - regardless of any technical ability to view videos, it is against many companies (mine included) code of conduct to view video content over the web. Most video content is blocked, even if it weren't, we would not be permitted to view it.

Hence if you wish Hexus content to have as wide an audience as possible during the working day, it's best not to put it in video format.

Many companies frown upon viewing websites during working hours full stop i.e. "you're paid to work, so browse in your own time". I'd hate for Hexus, or any other site for that matter, not to explore more forms of content delivery, video included. Presenting content in multiple formats, text/video/etc, is, in my opinion, the way forward not restricting it.
My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

0iD: Plus weeing in it every now & again does it good
scaryjim: 10" is just a little large to hold comfortably in one hand, which makes it a lot harder to tap, swipe and generally interact with.

Point taken and - as David says - this will be 'additional stuff'...

...but, I have to say, that such measures seem draconian and, in the next 2-3 years, probably significantly more difficult to enforce given the rate at which content is moving from text to image to video

I must find time to do a study on the positive effects of being able to 'download video' during office hours

I kept 6 trusted serving men, they taught me all I knew.
There names were what and where and why and how and when and who.

(I also had the HEXUS forums on speed dial just in case )
