Out of interest, how are you supposed to get into web design?? Taking training courses and reading manuals only gets you the basics and it's not until you get into jobs that you get real useful experience, but you can't get the jobs without experience!
I'd love to make a move into a more programing related job and whilst my current one requires that I maintain and tweak the companies website, the time restrictions mean I only ever get to bash someone else's scripts into place.

Dont think I'd take a 32k pay cut for anything. Moving jobs is all about progression of pay, in a upward trend where you'd be earning more then an original employee at that company who has comparable skill set as you.Quote:
