Gah, I'm such a dick.... it IS CPU... I blame the fact it was 2am over here and I've had about 5 hours sleep in three days.

Nope, you were right the first time Nick. According to the US Thermaltake website it is a VGA cooler.

I believe they were planning a version of each. The GPU varient is the only one to have made it to market so far.
