Bungie look no further than Xbox 360

there's got to be some financial incentives for this - the cost of development these days is so high, you simply can't afford to be single-platform unless you want an attach rate of 1:1 for hardware owners (see comments on MGS4 for example)

bungie are owned by Microsoft aren't they? or were until 4 days after the halo 3 launch . i could see why they would stick close to microsoft

Why? we all know how much of a bad port it would be, look at the state of halo2 on the pc, But i will bet that halo 3 will eventually come out on the pc.
