Pretty, like stated it won't win awards for speed/performance, but it would look good in the living room.
I will guess that there's not alot of room for upgrades, and that even if you could upgrade the graphics the heat build-up would cause too many crashes for it to be useable.
It's probably aimed at the htpc market, and for this the specs are up to speed. It would also be fine for general pc stuff.
