    ASUS completes move to three companies

    ASUS has long planned to split the company into multiple divisions in order to further develop the ASUS brand, those plans are now official as ASUS now has three distinct companies.

    I think the interesting thing is that they canned all of the pension plans for the employees - so they start again with that, no doubt a tax break but not exactly an ethical way to operate

    Can the employees not just put their whole previous pension plan into their new one?
    If so, then as far as I can see, they lose nothing.

    just read that the product names would still bear the Asus branding. Glad to hear that as I wouldnt like to have a Petragon P5K-E
