I am looking forward to all this WUSB and WHDMI stuff which should be floating around - should be good to see and have a play with.
I'm personally sick of cables so anything which can make life easier works for me :) Esp when long term it means you could have this all embedded to your device rather than using a wireless 'dongle'
I already use wi-fi around the house and it's rather fab. The more wireless stuff the better I say. :)
heh most of us use wi-fi ;)
I dunno, I know lots of people who don't trust wi-fi yet. Some people sure do love their wires. It's usually games mind you, they need that extra millisecond to ensure that first bullet hits where they aim...
If you have a good environment for it, wireless is great. If you live in a built up area with dozens of access points and other wirless gear in range, it can be a complete and utter nightmare.
I'm still a fan of cable, but wireless has it's place too.
No Wi-Fi yet. It's a bit of a 'my router still works and isn't a performance bottleneck, why change it'. I almost went for a 'gaming (wireless) router' at some point but I don't even game that much these days. Maybe if I can find a wireless router that'll enable me to prioritise HTTP and gaming packets for not a lot of money I could be a little more excited. Right now though, I am more interested in WUSB.
