UK's 'top chipper' nicked

A man, who has not been named for legal reasons, but who is said to be one of the 'top chippers' in the UK has been arrested following a raid on his house in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire where police seized 200 chips.

Did they seize any battered cod or haddock as well? Seems a bit unfair just to target the chips.

On a more serious note can someone tell me what law he is alleged to have transgressed? Because I thought it was difficult to prove this is actually an offense under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or maybe my memory is just not what it once was.
