    Wii Drum Kit in your home... without the drums!

    An enterprising young chap has made a virtual drum kit using his Wii Remote and Nunchuck... pretty cool!

    I made a similar program for the pc last year that could take game controllers, keyboard or mouse....

    how is it connected to his pc though?

    is the sensor bar usb or something??

    Nah the sensor bar is a misnomer - it doesn't sense anything, just a couple of infra-red leds used for calculating position you're pointing at the screen.

    This looks like it just uses the motion sensors built into the wiimote and nunchuck.
    Iirc the wiimote communicates via bluetooth.
