WTF? I thought Diamond didn't exist anymore! Not that I'm unhappy about this, somewhere I still have a Viper V550 AGP card which was VERY good, I'm just surprised.

I thought they had gone out of business, the last Diamond product I bought, was a modem (in the attic), well built and reliable. If they can pruduce to the same quality the competition in the marketplace will be useful.

ditto; 56k V90 PCI card. They also used to do the Rio MP3 players. I'm certain they got bought out by someone.

edit: They merged w/S3 and became Sonicblue before going into Chapter 11 protection (effectively becoming insolvent) in 2003. They must have either been bought or got themselves out of it.
