Hmm im wondering what the results will be.
As an ex PC gaming enthusiast and now a poor. married and thus banished to a world of static platforms Consol kid i can appreciate both views. u need a monster rig to power crysis, but the consoles are still quiet fresh and powerful in there own rights, and with the ability to optimise when developing for a consistant platform i think the potential is there for some REALLY good looking games if they pull it off right!
SERVER: Atom N230 / 2GB DDR2 / 1TB / server 2k3 x64 Ent
Media: A64-3800x2/6150LE/1GB / VISTA-HP-IA32
Lappy: MSI Wind / Atom N270 / 2GB DDR2 / 80GB / VISTA U IA32
Mobile: Samsung OMNIA WM 6.1
I guess it's going to have to be toned down, but it sure is going to interesting to see it running on both consoles.
