Gawd... something must be in the water as loads I know are preggers and not only that my little, little brother's girlfriend had her baby yesterday as well.

It does seem strange this year. About half the women where my wife works are pregnant. I hope some bloke hasn't been paying them a visit during the lunch hour.

I'll repeat here what I've already told Steven.

My tip is to do the exact opposite of whatever I did as a father.

Mind you, don't think I'm bitter and twisted (or, at least, don't tell my kids that I am - they know that already).

Last summer, we got our first chance to see one of my niece's new-born and, really, honestly, I struggled to let anyone else hold her - it was sooooo nice to be cuddling a little one again (my excuse is that she really was especially cute and cuddly!).
