Its all good when you talk about it.. but whether AMD can pull this off..
Judging from recent history, I really hope they do.. or else the future of sole Intel dominance is inevitable..

Does anyone seriously think we'll move away from the x86 instruction set (and no, x64 doesn't for all intents and purposes)?
I can't see it happening, so all this talk of better integration of differing accelerators as part of the core is going to achieve very little difference as the OS is still going to see them as non-integrated functions. Who has the most clout when it comes to software integration? Intel.
