and what's the delay on linux drivers likely to be?

9600gt drivers for linux were published on friday. radeon 3xxx drivers still don't exist

also is it just a case of squeezing out drivers, or having tweaked drivers.

whilst hex might not quite agree with my views of the pain of driver developement on linux, its rather pathetic that they don't have at least *some* support.

    It's going to be pushing £400. It's a no-brainer for anyone but the rich/stupid.

Unless the GX2 card features a PCIe bridge like the X2 and the benefits it brings, it's going to be very unflattering. The cooling is rather... interesting too. Overall this upcoming series of nV cards is going to be very, very disappointing, unlike the 9600GT.
