Yeah - a more readable font, perhaps???
Titles? Snippets? Body text? Could you be a bit more specific?

Body text, basically. Seems to be about a 10-11 point. 12 is better. Maybe Verdana as the overall font?
Not had anyone else mention it, but the floor is open.
But, we'll be making some tweaks soonish, and the site site should cope quite well with a bit of "ctrl+scrollwheel" font resize action.

If we were going to do this - we would without doubt do it for HEXUS first and then migrate out.
I am not sure how much clearer we can be than (comments (X) on the front page....
