They probably realised that they could go and hide away somewhere but still have trouble meeting the massive demand for the Wii. Still kicking myself that I didn't buy a Wii when I was offered one for... get this... £100! Waiting for a deal like that again as I would love to get one a a party machine to take to friend's get togethers.
