They're the same as the cartoon so it gives it a more authentic look and feel which works extremely well

Cool, I'm still going through all the japanese episodes though (up to episode 180 at the moment), so I'm wondering how far the story for this will go. Looking at the stills it's going to at least be from the Chunin exams (Gara and Tamari).
