If I was going to buy one last game for the Wii, which game should I buy, which game would convince me to keep my wii and get me addicted to a game?

Super smash brothers brawl, because its crazy
TiG
-- Hexus Meets Rock! --
Been meaning to get Okami and Boom Blox for a while now.
Resi Evil for the Wii is also well worth a mention. Using the Wii mote to actually aim the gun makes it a little easier than its counterparts though. No bad thing a all really.
Then, I've said it before and will again. Ratatouille on the Wii is great fun. Party games are great for head to head stuff with the kids. Game itself has some great animation and is really playable.
A friend who owns a 360 has been raving about Geometry Wars for a few weeks now, might be worth a go.
Owned Okami on the PS2 though using the wiimote to draw intrigues me
I have the second game mentioned in the article Okami. It's a really great game and works well on the Wii platform. I recommend it to everyone who loves anime. I loved the movie and playing the game felt like stepping right into the movie.
I also love Super smash brothers brawl Tig, that's an epic fighting game and it was a great idea to put all those characters from the Nintendo games into one game.
No More Heroes
Available from £14.95 according to find dvd http://www.find-dvd.co.uk/videoGames.aspx
most of the wii games are crap, they're designed for people who don't know better mainly :/ metroid prime 3 corruption, resident evil 4 (despite the emo-hair whiny protagonist and cheesy voice acting it's still fun), bully scholarship edition, house of the dead 2&3 are the best ones - I'd say umbrella chronicles too if it weren't for the fact you can't calibrate the gun to actually aim where you point, and it instead relies on you not being able to turn the crosshair off hoping people won't notice.
lol, graphics don't even come into it. Mario galaxy "game of the generation"??? Christ...
I was playing games before there were "grafics", in DOS, thanks. That doesn't mean I'm going to automatically like childish cartoon games about flowers and princesses. Judging from your title, sig, and touchiness, you're one of them, which really leaves you nowhere to stand on when trying to insult other people
Currently the 3rd most critically acclaimed game of all time on Game Rankings.
http://www.gamerankings.com/itemrank...asp?rankings=y
On toptenreviews.com it is ranked 1st of 34,998 games.
http://games.toptenreviews.com/list_alltime.htm
It has one of the highest ratings of all time on MetaCritic http://www.metacritic.com/games/plat...o%20galaxy and was released to near universal praise.
Do you actually play video games?
There is nothing childish about the Mario series of games. They are some of the most critically acclaimed, successful, and best games of all time. Super Mario Bros is the best selling game of all time, the Super Mario series is the best selling series of games of all time. They are pretty much the most respected and important console video games. That doesn't mean I'm going to automatically like childish cartoon games about flowers and princesses.

Note #5 Super Mario 64, and #1 Super Mario Bros.
You are, as I said, simply an ignoramus.
It was not an insult, it was simply a statement of fact.
However, just to show there are no hard feelings -
You are, of course, entitled to your opinion, and if you don't like them, good on you. However your post was only one step away from the 'lol MariO iz gay!11!' posts you find on places like GameFAQs, and therefore I am duty bound to poke you in the eye with the fail stick. Hope you understand.
The title is the name of a special move from Street Fighter 2; as you clearly know nothing about video games, you obviously didn't recognise this, and thought, I assume, it was something to do with Japanese cartoons?
The sig is a pic I like, I have never watched nor know anything about Anime, Manga, etc, which is, I assume, the 'plastic crap' in your link.
When you are posting your (I'm sure well informed) reply to my post, could you at least make an attempt to use some basic grammar? Given the ignorance of your first post, combined with your inability to start a sentence with a capital letter, I naturally assumed I was replying to the post of a child. No offence.
Now that you have made it clear you are older (playing games in DOS) is it too much to ask that you could make a bit more of an effort?
I, of course, apologise for any offence taken, and I apologise if you were insulted by my post. That was not my intention.
You may have noticed I have provided links and sources for any statements I have made. If you could do the same, rather than simply pulling statements like 'lol all Wi games iz craps!!1' out of thin air, then we might both get something out of the wreckage of your ignorant, sweeping, and almost completely incorrect post.
Finally, don't feel bad because I have been forced (forced you understand...) to metaphorically slap your innocent 'I don't know nuffing guv!' little face. I stopped smoking recently, and I assure you were it not for the withdrawal symptoms that I am currently experiencing, I would have been content to let you wallow in your own ignorance until you either caught wrong-AIDS, or simply went away to bother someone else with your nonsensical non-opinions.
Many thanks for understanding.

Oh. My. God.
I'm going to reply too, if only because someone needs to point out how stuck up your own arse you are, though with your arrogant little wkr attitude I would suspect it's already happened plenty, repeatedly, in the face, and you feel you now have to compensate for it.
1. No, I do not play " video games ". I'm not a yank. I play PC/computer games and a couple console games.
2. You think I care about what the teeming masses think? Take That and other crimes against music are popular too, and a spreadsheet-like football game is top of the PC game charts - that doesn't mean they're good.
3. I played Super Mario too and had one of the old NES. When I was 2 or something.
4. It's pretty obvious you're the archetypical fanboy, unable to take any criticism of their treasured crap piled in sad, neat little rows. Just because someone doesn't share your obsession doesn't mean they are an "ignoramus" (heh, think you're insecure enough to think it makes you look intelligent to use words normal people do not use).
5. More ad hominem. Boring. Again showing how much of an anal, sad little pedant you are there - it shouldnt matter if i talk like this except to the most direly sad.
6. Grow the . up. Attacking people then saying "no offence" doesn't fool anyone.
"fail"? You even talk like an anime anorak/internet troll.
7. I never said all Wii games were crap. I said most. Live with it. Again, if you can't accept that other people have different tastes than you it just shows what an obnoxiously self-absorbed little tt you are
Feel the hexus love!
Look, stewart might be wrong about most things , but he's dead right about Mario Galaxy, no matter what your age, it's a brilliant game all round. Just because something is also fun for children doesn't automatically make it bad. Last time I checked the vast majority of the UKs adult (male?) population still enjoy football in some form or other, despite the fact it's also enjoyed by 3 year olds.
