We need something like ths on the 360 also.

Ideal for people with just standard Sky, output into this new box and then run into the TV and you have the equivalent of the plus box. Consoles are becoming very media orientated as of late.

Of course you'll also have to replace the HDD so you can record more than a couple of shows. Sky+ etc. don't have to worry about all those game installs.

Yeah, hypothetiocally though it could work. Not as great as plus as that will be compressing the shows as it records them. It could work though

Oh, it'll work alright.....I'm even thinking of buying it. It's just that the final cost will be a lot more that advertitsed because of the limited size of the supplied drive. Hopefully it'll allow storage on external drives too.

Compression would be a big plus though, especially since the shows are meant to be DRM free meaning easy transfer to portable media players too.

Interesting that it says it's two HD tuners. I didn't think that the freeview HD spec was finalised.

Still, looks very interesting, be great to see the technical details.
