Seen a vid of this at Actiontrip, granted only 30 seconds long but it is looking awesome. Fire effects didn't look as good as FEAR but the engine looks to be really detailed. This time it is more supernatural also from what I have read.

What 3D engine are they using on this , it looks a bit dated, low res not much detail.

I hope they are designing it for the PC and porting it across to the consoles, this is one game that I really really wouldn't want to be a half assed attempt at a PC game.

This makes me happy in the pants.

To celebrate my birthday, I think I may crack out RTCW!

    Loved RTCW.

Played MOHAA and it wasn't as good. Played CoD and it wasn't as good.

'Standard' WWII games bore me. Haven't touched a war FPS since those.

I'm glad Wolfenstein is coming back.

Re: Screenshots - Wolfenstein promises a multiplayer experience like no other

I just installed it half an hour ago. I've been meaning to for ages but this thread made me get off my arse and look for it. Single player is great as always, going to have a go at some MP now.

I agree that those screenshots don't look great - weapons and wall textures look like a ps2 game in the video. Hopefully the game play will be up to scratch

Multplayer gaming experience like no other?

Didn't they say that about ET:QW? Hmmmm, look at what a massive success that wasn't.

On closer inspection of the screenshots, there’s a crucial aspect missing thus far. The absence of any shapely leather-clad female SS officers (as in RTCW) is a major dissapointment. Surely this has to be an oversight?

    Anyone up for a petition?
