cool game
Just finished DLing it. Although it was an excellent Xbox game it's showing it's age now and the mouse implementation is utterly horrible, gonna have to dig out one of my old pads before I give it another go!
Plus, free it may be but you have to put up with little video ads before and after you play (and maybe during, I didn't play for more than a few minutes).
ermm.. is this anything to worry about?
followed the links in the article and from the linked page.. this popped up on a scan i did.
anyone else notice it on their scans?
_______
found this on the avast website:http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=36236.0
can anyone decipher it for me, its a bit beyond me .
is it dangerous or not?
Pulling it down now. Loved this game and never got round to finishing it.
Prison setting was awesome, wonder if they will do the same with Ties that Bind. Certinly hope so!
edit : Just been playing for a little while and I think the av prog is picking up a virus is because the game is ad supported. Once loaded up it shown an ad for the new movie Death Race, did the same when I exited.

update: been reading around the various sites after a search for win32:junkpoly.. I'm getting the impression its just the in-game ad thing that Ferral mentioned. a few have mentioned that Psi-Ops from Fileplanet also has the 'virus' attached to it.
basically, nothing to worry about - its just ingame ads, so the game can be free.
I feel a little better now. leaving this file on my hard drive awaiting the day I get a new PC so i can actually play it.. (i only downloaded it now before I forget)
Downloading it now. Thanks for link.
