shopto have always been very reliable for me, a slightly past though from what i have read. Also they sell a lot of grey imports you cant always trade in so you might want to check on a game by game basis if you like to resell them after.

But like i say i have never had a problem with them and the service was fast and efficient!

yes, there has been a lot of posts about it on their forums.havent checked any of the games i have from them tbh as i never sell them on

I got an email from them a few days back with the following:

Dear Valued ShopTo Customer,

We’ve been made aware by customers that like to trade in games that they’ve
encountered some trouble while attempting to do so with some of our titles
- this is due to the way we sometimes import select titles from Europe to
offer you a lower price (most of our stock is direct from the UK) and as a
result the barcode does not always scan with some of the retailers that
offer trade-ins.

After discussing this we've decided to change the way in which we handle
different versions of titles, giving the user the choice of the European or
UK version of the game where applicable. This new initiative starts today
and within a week we will update all new releases and popular titles from
day one with the rest of our inventory following in the coming weeks. If
you see only a European version of a product on the website and would like
us to try and get UK stock in please e-mail us.

Please note that for new release title please give us a week to be 99.99%
accurate

Well Europe isn't so bad. It's the experience of somewhere which used games originally for sale in Asia that put me off some of these places.
