3D Lasers to produce one piece cases? Don't be silly, you'll never keep the sharks pointed the right way for long enough...

I remember when you needed to put quotation marks in the air whenever you said "laser"...

I work with lasers and they are all 3D for cutting, being more power dependent the deeper they have to cut!

Does Steve Jobs' Reality Distortion Field extend so far that it encompasses his whole factory floor now? Cos that's the only way I can see how he could afford to manufacture without the benefit of cheap chinese labour (especially with fancy pants Halibut mounted lasers) and still sell his systems at anything approaching a competative price.

Apple are approching competative pricing? Since when?

But just think with their new 3D "lasers" they would be able to start manufacturing evil robots to take over the world consuming ipods as fuel!

No no its fine because its apple and they can do no wrong, hell they have been selling substandard MP3 players for the past few years and no one has noticed they are over priced. Now if Microsoft had tried this there would have been no end of people slagging them off and they would have had to pull out.

But hey Apples are pretty so it makes up for it some how,
