There's some good updates in there. The trophy menus needed sorting out and the power saving feature should have been there from day 1.

The PS3 has improved enormously in terms on functionality just in the last 12 months. The only question now is..........when is this update coming out!?!

It was rumoured that firmware 2.50 would coincide with the release of Home, but that looks very unlikely.

Yay. *hugs PS3* Another great update. Especially the power saving which has annoyed me since I bought it!

    *Goes back to wipeout*

    *Edit*

Speaking of Wipeout, firmware has sorted my freezing problems too. (which wipeout's own patch didn't solve)

    * Power Save Settings – You can now set your PS3 and wireless controllers to turn off automatically after set periods of inactivity. Go to Settings then Power Save Settings to turn on these features.
    Marvellous!!

    That'll cheer Directhex up
