Whats the support like?

I'd put my parents on something like this in a heart beat if it ment they got a phone + online support help.

Given that Onecare is rubbish and you can get a proper Office license for about £80, why on earth would anyone buy this?

My thoughts run much like Powderhound's above...

Probably so Animus doesn't have to give his parent tech support.

Thats worth a fortune in itself :)
