nice of them
Not likely Thermalright will probably be charging for the i7 kit for years to come, you will be luckly if they even update their current coolers with them
Great news for Noctua owners, I'm not expecting Thermalright to give i7 mounting brackets for free but at least announce that one is in the works.
awwww, how sweet

Origin
Since the release of Thermalright’s Ultra-120 eXtreme CPU heatsink, many computer enthusiasts got to experience the thrill of overclocking to the max. It did not matter if it was a DUO core or a QUAD core; Thermalright has always provided users with extraordinary performance within the realm of virtual silence.
At Computex 2008, Intel announced their newest central processor unit, the Nehalem. Advanced technologies and efficiency are what we all expected from the Intel’s new chip, so is the heat that dissipates out of it. For this reason, Thermalright has geared up all of its heatsinks series from desktop types to 4U/3U, to HTPC to support Socket 1366 based motherboards. So whether your Quad core CPU is for socket 1366, now you can go all out to the extreme because Thermalright has got your back!
Compatibility
Thermalright all Ultra series / HR-01 Plus / HR-01 4U / HR-01 3U / Ultima 90
I have OCZ Vendetta2 CPU Cooler which is superb. When is OCZ Technology going to offer the brackets to enable me to use it on my new Asus P6T WS Pro mobo?
At the moment they are charging for it - no way am I paying £14.99 for two bits of metal.
Why not copy Noctua's idea - if I send OCZ proof of purchase why not let me have them for free?
Thoughts anyone?
I don't mond paying a few quid for postage.

There's a serious lack of choice when it comes to I7 coolers...can't believe more of the brands have not prepared for there arrival to the mainstream more.
