    How does marketing HELP a client? Unless they wanna send everyone a free card, I'm a little befuddled.

    Still, sensible decision, even if it's meaningless.

    I think they're saying that marketing support - like advertising, point of sales stuff, etc, is no longer diluted by being shared between two seperate brands.

    Bear in mind this is a distributor so it's referring to retailers, etc, when it says "customers".
