    According to Cooler Master, it's trying to "help out enthusiasts" in the current economic climate by slashing some of its prices.

    With cuts of this level, I can only think of 2 things. Either they're selling jack all at the moment, or they're charging wayyyy over the top normally.

    That said it's nice to see some decent cuts.

    We appreciate the offer as much as the next shopper, but is it just a gesture of good will? Maybe, maybe not. It could be that Cooler Master's products just aren't selling as well as they'd hoped, and price cuts are the only remedy.
    Well, it might just be the cynic in me, but I think that ^^^ bit of the article probably nailed it.

    "help out enthusiasts"?? Erm ..... yeah, right.

    Well, I bought a Real Power 850w and it seems fantastic. Though, I'm no expert on power supplies so I don't know if it's voltages are good. But it seems pretty rock stable.

    I think you will find, it's probably both....

    £230 for a PSU? They were fleecing people, at least on certain items.
