    That's fine by me.

Since the buyout from Virgin I've had one dealing with Zavvi and it was my worst experiance of buying on-line ever, their customer service was apaling.

Inability to source stock, you'd think they'd be prepared when they heard about woolworths months ago and have an alternative...

I'm saddened although not very surprised by the news... since EUK went down they stopped taking online orders and had lots of orders pending, they would've lost money with EUK and have had to refund their customers.... talk about a double whammy!

Hey, maybe they'll buy my local Woolie's. When that closes we will have NO high-street CD/DVD store at all!

My mum had a load of virgin vouchers which she took in today to try and use and they told her that they are not accepting gift vouchers anymore and she will have write to the administrators, a bit bad really.

Virgin told your mum to write to the administrators? I wasn't aware Virgin was under administration.

Virgin are not in administration. Mcmiller's mum had some Virgin Megastore vouchers, these were being honoured by Zavvi up until they went into administration. Now they are not. If you have vouchers you need to write to the administrators to start a claim with them. Wether they will be refunded/honoured is anyone guess.
