    It's meant for embeded systems like set top boxes, or even directly in a TV.

    Yeah it's for embedded stuff.

    I'm guessing it'll work a bit like ARM's Jazelle - which can directly execute Java bytecode rather than leave it to a much lower virtual machine (unless it really needs to).
