Good news in my book.
Timesplitters + cryengine could be awesome(so long as it runs without a supercomputer).
Hopefully they will redo Haze for multiple formats, it was a great concept...but let down by horrendous gameplay and performance (576i on a PS3!!!)

Thank God!!
Well done Crytek - nice to see that ONE failure has not killed this great British developer.
I just pray that the Timesplitters game they were working on will be their first release as this series of games has to be some of the most fun I have had with my clothes on ...

I'd rather see them come up with something new than try to polish a turd to be fair even if it means not getting another timesplitters, the FPS genre has become more than a tad stale recently and crytek have the perfect oppurtunity to let the free radical guys start something fresh rather than falling back on haze or timesplitters.
That'd be interesting to see but I'd still rather they start with a clean slate, I was never a huge fan of haze on any level though so I'm blatantly biased.
Was sad to hear about Free Radical, hope the guys get new jobs with Crytek.
