Corsair is shaking things up, but should the likes of SilverStone, Lian Li and Antec be worried?

Are those 2.5" drive caddies? If so, win.

Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Price? :)
Still have a few other cases I'd choose over it.
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
I'm look at that black interior and thinking it's going to be a nightmare to see anything when you're trying to buid a unit with only a 100W bulb to illuminate the interior.
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
The thing looks huge, but silence comes pretty much before everything else where my case is considered, so hopefully it's good for that :)
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Hmm, interesting, i did wonder how long it would take corsair to enter the chassis market..
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Looks big and well laid out, but so are many other cases.
Price is going to be the breaking point I think.
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Looks similar to Antec's designs, especially their P182... separate compartment for PSU (and HDDs?) and at the bottom, fan outlets at the back and top, possible air filter at the front? simple clean design without garish colours or ugly angles... I like the look of it! Their PSUs are excellent and apparently their memory isn't bad either so I hope they extend this quality to other lines...
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
If this range is anything like their memory and PSU range - I'm in!
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
I'm liking this alot
I'm hoping for a side panel fan version, and maybe change the top exhausts for a 230mm fan
then its pretty much like I wished my HAF would be like...
Any detailed shots of the interior, back of the case and right side panel PLEASE post ;)

lol - that's the dumbest reason ever for not liking a case.
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Ah, no. They're 3.5" bays, and it costs £250. Fail.
Re: Beans - Corsair raids the chassis market: competitors beware?
Price is not finalised yet (and neither is the case) but certainly from the looks of things it will be a high end case with a high end price and it is marketed as such.
So no, not really "fail".
If Coolermaster can price up their ATCS-840 for £220 or so, I don't see why Corsair can't do the same when this looks to be a better case.
I do hope the final price won't be that high though.
