lower voltages/power usage with the same speeds is a goal for all component manufacturers i would have thought. Suprises me that we havent seen this kind of thing already.
Couldn't agree more with Biscuit. Given that we can realistically aim for ~ 20watts for a low power desktop nowadays, even 1 or 2 watts is a good saving. I'd definitely pay *a little* extra for lower-power RAM...
